Becoming increasingly frustrated with the advertising of bookmakers on TV coupled with the rise of gambling addictions. I come up with the idea of creating a bookmaker that is run as a social enterprise, with profits being given to gambling addiction charities and clinics.
I created a landing page, Discourse community and business plan. I also looked into potential software providers, however, the investment required (around 20-50k) forced me to give up on my dream of reforming gambling for the time being.
If anyone wants to give me the 50k for this project, I’m happy to resign and do it.
